Swallow Parlour sleeps 4 people and is situated on a traditional livestock farm, managed for wildlife on the North Devon and Cornwall border.
It is in a peaceful and relaxing setting, which is dog friendly, with a fully enclosed garden.
There is a larger recreation area in front of barn, suitable for ball games and includes a swing set suitable for children.

This charming barn conversion is located only 3 miles from Kilkhampton & Bradworthy which both offer pubs, shops, post offices, & takeaways.
There is plenty to see and do in the area with Tamar lakes reservoir within walking distance, offering water sports, a 3-mile off road cycle path, fishing, and tea rooms for a traditional cream tea! Popular Parkruns are held at weekends around the lake (do not forget your wrist band!).
The National Trust beaches of Sandymouth and Duckpool are a 15-minute drive away, with large sandy beaches at Widemouth Bay and Bude which also has an amazing seapool. The RHS Gardens Rosemoor and picturesque village of Clovelly are an ideal day’s adventure.
