Swallow Parlour is a modern barn conversion with vaulted ceilings in the living and kitchen area. The master bedroom, bathroom and living area are all on one level and the twin room is accessed by two steps down. There is underfloor heating through-out the property. 

LIVING AREAS

• The bright and airy open-plan, lounge, and dining room.
• Featuring a random slate floor, a modern wood burner, logs supplied, smart TV, DAB Radio with Bluetooth, toy box, books and games.
• The dining table seats four people.
• The French doors offer easy access to garden in summer evenings.

KITCHEN AREA

• A spacious open plan kitchen contains all you will need for a relaxing self-catering stay.
• Kitchen appliances include an electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and many useful extras including a good supply of pots, pans and cutlery (including children’s).
• A highchair is provided upon request.

Start the day sitting outside with a coffee, listening to the birds and wildlife.

 BEDROOMS

• Bedroom 1: Lovely calm and peaceful double bedroom (king size bed) with underfloor heating, storage spaces and a flat screen TV. A large arched window opens with views onto garden.

• Bedroom 2: 3ft Twin beds that can be zip-linked to make a super king double bed, upon request. Another arched window looks over the garden to the surrounding fields and trees. There is a step down into this room.

• A travel cot is provided (on request).

BATHROOM

• A large contemporary family bathroom with a bath and separate shower enclosure. Bath towels are provided.

OUTDOORS

• Enjoy a large sunny fenced garden with a south-facing aspect, pretty flowerbeds and borders.
• The garden is enclosed so is perfect for letting your dog run around.
• Bird feeders attract numerous species of bird, with sheep grazing the fields opposite.
• There is a picnic bench outside the French doors seating up to six.
• Sun loungers and a wood BBQ are stored in a small shed.
• Across the driveway is a large lawned area with a swing set to keep the kids entertained.
• There is also access to a large, locked storage area for your bicycles, surfboards etc. There is off-street parking for 2+ cars.
